On July 1, 2010 the Nevada Supreme Court issued a ruling stating the information pertaining to right to carry permit holders is not held confidential under the current wording of the Nevada Revised Statutes, chapter 202.3662.
Sheriff Ron Pierini and his staff would like to inform CCW permit holders that DCSO will only release the names of permit holders. DCSO will not release the address or weapon information of the permit holder.
